1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of the phwin9 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the phwin9 website and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account with phwin9, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that:

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended, and all funds associated with that account will be returned to the depositing payment method after deducting any winnings derived from gameplay.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The phwin9 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law is not permitted. 2.3 Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the phwin9 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phwin9 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or winnings.
2.4 Exclusions
The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on phwin9:
- Employees, contractors, directors, or officers of phwin9 or any of its affiliated entities;
- Immediate family members of the above;
- Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the phwin9 Platform or from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
- Individuals who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access the full features of the phwin9 Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. phwin9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwin9 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phwin9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify phwin9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. phwin9 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, phwin9 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, which may include:
- Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys);
- Philippine passport;
- Land Transportation Office (LTO) driver's license;
- Social Security System (SSS) or Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) ID;
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID;
- Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by payment method but phwin9 targets same-day processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts.
phwin9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any fraud investigation, bonus abuse review, or KYC verification request. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered email address or mobile number.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on the phwin9 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phwin9 does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency of any kind.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
phwin9 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. phwin9 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
phwin9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to Philippine residents only unless otherwise stated, and phwin9 reserves the right to restrict promotion eligibility at its sole discretion.
6. Gameplay Rules
6.1 Fair Play
All games available on the phwin9 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats that are independently audited for fairness. phwin9 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all Filipino players.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, phwin9 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. phwin9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
6.3 Disputed Results
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must submit a dispute to phwin9 customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed game round. 6.4 Bet Limits

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwin9 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any multiplayer game environment;
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account;
- Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider;

- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phwin9.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwin9 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits;
- Loss of data or account access;
- Interruption of service due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events;
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
phwin9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phwin9 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phwin9 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
phwin9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering an account with phwin9, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to phwin9's legal obligations to retain certain records under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws.
12. Amendments to These Terms
phwin9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phwin9 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the phwin9 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting phwin9 customer support.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phwin9 Platform shall first be submitted to phwin9 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by phwin9 may also file a complaint with PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
